When they enter the discount code, our system automatically generates reporting for that tenants’ insurance and sends it directly to the property manager instantaneously. Whether it is a new insurance policy, policy change, next year’s renewal or a cancellation, you get notified. This has worked very well with our partners in making sure that insurance documents are kept up to date and making sure tenants are accountable by not canceling their insurance once they receive the keys to the suite.
