You bank online, right? This is the same thing, but for your insurance. Once you log in to your Mello Account, you can manage all aspects of your Mello Insurance. From policies to payments, it’s all right here.
Your Policy
If you need a copy of your policy or policies, you’ll find them all right here. You can download them for your records, or email a copy to your landlord or roommate. You could even send a copy to your mom.
You can also adjust what your policy covers. Maybe you bought a new bike and need to increase your contents coverage, or perhaps you’re renovating and need to increase your liability coverage. You can change whatever you want about your insurance policy right here.
Your Mello Account will tell you when your policy is scheduled to renew and if something changes and you need to cancel, you can do there here too.
Your payments
Need to switch from paying with your debit card to credit card? No need to call or fill out forms. You can even switch from monthly payments to one annual payment.
